• You can safely make your visits between 10:00 and 22:00 every day of the week. Visitor last entry time is 21:00.

• Please generate your QR code when you are at the attraction! Otherwise your code may get expired which may result a delay to enter the attraction.

• Expiry Date:  Valid For 60 Days.

• This offer is valid every day including Public Holidays, Holidays, Semester and Special days.

• When logging in, it is sufficient to send the QR code sent to your mobile phone or e-mail address to the counter.

• You can safely make your visits between 10:00 and 22:00 every day of the week. Visitor last entry time is 21:00.

• It is obligatory for those under the age of 14 to have at least one adult under the age of 18 with them. Adults are subject to a ticket.

• Children between 0-36 months are free of charge. Aquarium admission is free of charge for children between 0-36 months.

• There are no sessions, you can stay in the center as long as you want after your entrance.

• Purchased tickets do not provide entry priority at the box office. Your special code needs to be converted to a ticket at the box office. The use of tobacco and its derivatives, and consumption of food and drink in the center is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.

• Reservation is not required. Before planning your visit, do not forget to take a look at the feeding times of the creatures.

• You can buy as many coupons as you want, use them for yourself and gift them to your loved ones.

• Your TriPass QR code will be sent to your e-mail address and mobile phone or you can access it from the ”Manage Your Pass” section of the site.
